PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal uses a centralized control system that provides real time operating information to the control room operator to facilitate remote or automatic stopping or starting of sections of the plant.

The control system allows ship loading sequences to be configured prior to commencement of vessel loading.  Also, the control system automatically stops the loading sequence when the required tonnage is reached hence facilitating an accurate and safer loading.

The system also provides remote viewing of actual plant operating conditions and historical and trend data to operations, administration and engineering personnel to assist in increasing plant efficiency and reliability.
